I wouldn't call myself an alarmist, prepper or a survivalist but I do feel very strongly that all who call themselves such, have an important message for everyone.  Too many natural disasters have me paying a lot more attention to being a lot more prepared...

Dee is a very skeptical person and generally hates to take anything not prescribed by an MD and even then the doctor has to impress upon him the importance of taking/using the medication. He suffers from heart and lung issues and due to his conditions and medications, he is very susceptible to pneumonia and respiratory infections.

 My mom gets really stressed at work, so I made up a Zen roller bottle for her to carry with her. Yesterday while at work her lower back suddenly started giving her severe pain. She was in so much pain, she decided to use the Zen on her back.
