Dee is a very skeptical
person and generally hates to take anything not prescribed by an MD and
even then the doctor has to impress upon him the importance of
taking/using the medication. He suffers from heart and lung issues and due to his conditions
and medications, he is very susceptible to pneumonia and respiratory
infections.

This past week he had some congestion and I wanted to stop it quickly. I assembled a roller bottle of Shield and Respire, gave it to him and suggested he use it on his chest, like a vapor rub. He looked skeptical, but he used it. Figuring that it would go in one ear and out the other, I recommended he use it in the morning and at night before going to bed.
The blend worked well enough that Dee continued to use it -- without prompting. What the heck, I suggested that he put it on his feet as well as his chest. Well, he did, but it was on the top of his feet, so I explained about the larger pores in the SOLES of his feet.
Dee has been congestion free for the past few days.

Dee's Blend
In a 1/3 oz (10 ml) roller bottle:
Fill remainder of bottle with FCO, Shake gently to mix. Apply to chest and to SOLES of feet. Always massage towards heart.
